We're going to show you a very useful feature that enables you to save time when you plan Your content calendar. As you can see on the content calendar, all the posts have a label indicating which type Of purpose and objective it serves. This content calendar has posts specifically for engagement, brand authority, and education. But labels can be added to whichever name and purpose you like as you will see in our Next step, which is planning a post. This is also very useful while working with a team. If you work with designers, copywriters, and social media managers, they can all know exactly What is being planned and adjust their own schedule to help create the content calendar. They can also change planning definitions and add images and text to the planned posts, Which makes teamwork easy and seamless. Before we plan a post, you can filter your content calendar to show you only the post You have planned. To do this simply deselect all the statuses you don't want to see. Let's plan a post for that click on any day you would like and select the planning option The publication planning menu that pops up you can start by giving your post a title After that select the channel and then the profile in which the post will be published In this case let's choose instagram next you have the option to select the time frame of when you Intend to publish your post note that this time frame can later be edited if you need to after That specify which type of publication this post planning is about let's select image and text Below you will have the option to add your copy to your post we already have the copy idea so we Will add it the same applies to the images next is the step where you can assign responsibility To a team member for example the designer for them to add the images later after that you have The option to add labels to your content just like we saw earlier you will also have the option To add any extra information that you think is relevant to your planning lastly at the end of Creating your publication you can send it for internal or external approval for this toggle The send for approval option and a menu will show up in this example we will send it to internal Approval by selection a team member and adding a note to finish up your planning click on create Planning. As you can see, you now have your content planned. After all is done and approved, You can turn your planned content into a post with one single click on the convert to publication Button. You will be redirected to this menu where you can see your post preview and give It some final adjustments if you like. Once you are happy, click on schedule.

Prompt: the questions for a kick-off meeting with a client

No question whose answer is on the website. A kick-off is for what is written down nowhere.

The answers missing in month one are always the same. Asking them on day one saves weeks.

I am about to start managing a brand's social media. I will give you the industry, what it sells
and to whom.

Write the kick-off meeting questions, grouped into five blocks:
- business (what actually makes money, what is seasonal, what is changing)
- audience (who buys, who influences the purchase, who will never buy)
- voice (what the brand would never say, who signs off, which subjects are off limits)
- operations (who approves, on what deadline, who answers messages, who holds the access)
- success (what has to happen in three months for this to count as working)

Six questions per block maximum. Open questions, one thing at a time. No question whose answer is
on the brand's website.

At the end, name the three questions that, left unanswered, make the work impossible to do well.

Prompt: adapt a piece for another market without sounding translated

A piece about Black Friday translated literally into a market where the date carries no weight is a correct and useless piece.

Translating changes the words. Adapting changes the examples, the references and what you can take for granted.

I will give you a piece written for one market. Adapt it for the market I name.

What you must change:
- examples and brands: use references that audience recognises
- figures and currency, with orders of magnitude that are realistic there
- commercial dates: not every market has the same ones
- what can be taken for granted about rules, taxes and platforms

What you must not change: the argument and the structure.

At the end, list what you changed and why. If some part does not apply to that market, say it does
not apply instead of rewriting it by force.
