## Prompt

```
You have last month's data for a profile. Write the executive summary of a report for a client who
does not work in marketing.
Required structure, three paragraphs:
1. The most relevant thing that happened, with the number that proves it.
2. Why it happened, tied to concrete decisions we made.
3. What we will do next because of it.
Rules: no technical term without an explanation in the same sentence. No percentage without the
absolute value beside it. If a number went up because of a single post, say so. If any indicator
got worse, it belongs in the summary, not buried in the tables.
200 words maximum. Do not invent causes: if the data does not explain a change, write that it does
not.
```

---
A report with thirty charts and no sentences is a report the client does not read. The meeting then
gets spent explaining what should have been written down, and the perceived value stays tied to
someone's ability to explain it live.

This prompt forces three things automated summaries avoid: **the absolute value next to the
percentage** (a 30% rise on 10 interactions is 3 interactions), **admitting what got worse**, and
**not inventing causes**.

## How to use it

After closing the month, with the data in front of you. Andie has access to the metrics of connected
profiles, and the summary comes from those rather than from guesswork.

## What to do with the result

Read it out loud. If any sentence needs you to explain it afterwards, that sentence is not ready.
