## Prompt

```
I am going to give you the transcript of a recorded session. Find five moments that stand on their
own, outside the context of the session.
For each one give me:
- the start and end minute
- the exact sentence that carries the idea
- which format it suits best (short, text post, carousel)
- the hook for the first line
Rules: a moment has to make sense to someone who did not watch the rest. Do not stitch together
parts from different points of the session. Do not improve the speaker's words: if the sentence
does not work as it is, pick another moment.
```

---
An hour-long session typically holds five to eight moments that work on their own. The problem is
never material, it is the time it takes to find it, and the temptation to "fix" what was not there.

The two rules are what make this useful: **do not stitch distant parts together** (that is how you
manufacture sentences the speaker never said) and **do not improve the words** (if it needs
improving, the moment was not good).

## How to use it

Works with YouTube's automatic transcript, which is usually good enough. If the recording has no
captions, it has to be transcribed first.

## After choosing

Cut with a second of margin on each side and watch the result with the sound off. If you cannot tell
what is being discussed, the opening lacks context.
