To submit a post for approval, you must select the schedule option, which will open up a menu where you can see the option to do so. If you click on submit for approval, two options will come up. The first gives you the option to send your post for internal approval. On the approver field, You can select exactly which team member you want to approve the content. You can also leave him a Comment if you have to. The second option is for external approval. On the external email, You insert one or multiple emails of whoever needs to approve the content. And you can also Leave them a message. Once you are finished adding the external emails you can click on Send for approval now after that a pop-up will open with the options go to workflow and continue Creating content if you click on go to workflow an overview of all the posts you have either Accepted declined or in the queue will be presented to you so you can manage all your Posts workflow easily the person that receives the request will have in their email inbox the Overview of the said post and the option to view it when the option view post is clicked the approver Will have to either approve your content right away or request another review. He can also leave notes that you can answer to and see in real time.
